Sovereignty

Sovereign by design. Sovereign by law.

Built in France for European professionals who require control over their data. Hosted, owned, and operated under European jurisdiction.

GDPR compliant
Hosted in France · Scaleway + OVHcloud
100% European-owned
Outside the US Cloud Act chain

One chain of control. One jurisdiction. No back doors.

The company, operators, and infrastructure providers in AlexandrIA’s service chain are governed by European law rather than non-EU extraterritorial regimes such as the US Cloud Act, FISA 702, or the PRC Data Security Law.

Technical sovereignty

Built sovereign, by engineering.

Every layer of the stack is designed to keep your application data in its stated jurisdiction.

Data residency
Application data is hosted in France on Scaleway and OVHcloud infrastructure and remains within European Union borders.
No sale of your data
Your research and personal data are not sold to third parties. Your work remains yours.
Encryption
TLS protects connections in transit, with disk-level encryption at rest on the French infrastructure.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of your data and may request export or deletion in open, standard formats.
No model training
Your documents are not used to train AI models. Contractual and technical controls apply to the selected providers.

Legal sovereignty

Protected by the governing jurisdiction.

Infrastructure is only part of the picture. Ownership, the provider chain, and applicable law determine effective control.

Your GDPR rights
You can request access, correction, portability, or deletion of personal data. Requests are handled within the applicable legal period.
European ownership
AlexandrIA is owned and controlled by European stakeholders, without a non-European entity holding control or veto rights.
European provider chain
Hosting and AI inference use Scaleway and OVHcloud infrastructure in France, under European control.
No non-EU control in the chain
No company in the service chain is controlled by an entity directly subject to the US Cloud Act, FISA 702, or the PRC Data Security Law.
