You may request an export of your User Content at any time. Upon account termination, we will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for export, after which it will be deleted.

7. AI-Generated Content

7.1 Nature of AI Outputs

The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate insights, summaries, and other content ("AI Outputs"). You understand and acknowledge that:

  • No guarantee of accuracy: AI Outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
  • Human verification recommended: AI Outputs are intended to assist, not replace, human judgment. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for important decisions.
  • Not professional advice: AI Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.
  • Potential for hallucinations: AI systems may generate content that appears factual but is incorrect or fabricated. Always cross-reference important information with authoritative sources.

7.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use AI Outputs, including any decisions made or actions taken based on such content. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.

7.3 Third-Party Data Sources

The Service may retrieve and synthesize information from third-party sources. We do not control or endorse such sources and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by TryAlexandrIA and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

8.2 AI Output Ownership

Subject to these Terms, you own the AI Outputs generated through your use of the Service, to the extent such outputs are based on your User Content and inputs. However, similar outputs may be generated for other users based on similar inputs.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Data Hosting: All our services are hosted on infrastructure in France, operated by entities under French law. Your data remains under French and EU jurisdiction, ensuring compliance with European data protection standards.

For users in the European Economic Area, we process personal data under the legal bases specified in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing activities.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

We continuously improve the Service and may add or remove features. Material changes that significantly reduce functionality will be communicated to active subscribers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Paris, France.

For consumers in the European Union, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
